Terms and Conditions of Hotshots Pickleball Club

1. Membership and Participation

By accessing or participating in activities at Hotshots Pickleball Club (hereafter referred to as “the Club”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, participation in events, and use of the Club’s facilities.

2. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By using the Club’s facilities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Hotshots Pickleball Club, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.

3. Code of Conduct

Members and guests are expected to adhere to the Club’s rules and maintain respectful behavior toward others. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any individual violating policies or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

4. Facility Use

Court time may be limited during peak hours. Players are encouraged to restrict sessions to one hour when others are waiting. Equipment must be used responsibly, and any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

5. Privacy Policy

The Club respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or participation will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

6. Modifications to Terms

The Club reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.

7. Governing Rules

All games played at the Club must follow the official USA Pickleball rules unless otherwise specified by the Club .

8. Cancellation Policy

The Club may cancel memberships or deny access at any time for violations of these terms or other reasons deemed necessary by management. Refunds for canceled memberships will be issued at the sole discretion of the Club.
