Kim Waikem has a passion for pickleball and for people. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she came to the United States in 1998 and soon opened and operated the beloved Peter Shears. This restaurant was known for their strong martinis and amazing wine list. As our partner restaurateur with over 10 years experience, she is excited to bring her vision of a trendy cafe and crafty drinks to Hot Shots! Cheers!
